Countrywide will not talk to me because they say I am not on the loan
I am not sure what is going on with my house. We bought this house on March 8 2007 though countrywide. I was to be the buyer and my mother in law my co signer, but the whole thing is messed up. I am now nothing and my mother in law is the buyer. I don't know what to do. I put up 8000.00 for the down payment plus another 1000.00 for the offer when we looked at it. I guess the mortgage is behind, i called Countrywide and they will not talk to me about this cause i am not on the mortgage payments. I pay the mortgage every month, than they started returning my checks to me.
