Should I look into a Deed-in-Lieu

April 10, 2008

We have had our house for sale for 1 year now and have had not activity at all on it. We were going to do a short sale with the mortgage lender, but maybe the DIL would suite us better. Insted of just lowering the price over and over

Hi should I do a deed-in-lieu with you assholes are should I go to foreclosure. Will you modify my loan from the unjust and corrupt 11.8% interest rate to something less unethical and reasonable?

Hi, I suffer the same pain from a mortgage company in Flordia. 10.1% on a commercial property. Unless the deed-in-lieu lets you walk free, let them forclosure; and follow the proper legal courses. It sucks; and many of these firms are purely financially motivated.

IN 2005 I WAS WORKING ON MY DEGREE AND I GOT TWO MONTHS BEHIND IN MY PAYMENTS WITH ASC. I AGREED TO PAY THE MISSED PAYMENTS IN A ESCROW SHORTAGE. I WAS INFORMED IN 2005 THAT MY ESCROW SHORTAGE WOULD BE PAYED OFF IN ABOUT THREE YEARS. AT THE TIME OF MY SHORTAGE IT WAS ABOUT 1200 DOLLARS AND KNOW TO DATE IT IS 1986.02. AND KNOW ASC IS RAISING MY PAYMENTS TO A POINT WHERE I AM UNABLE TO PAY. IF YOU CAN PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

WHY AM I PAYING THIS ESCROW SHORTAGE OF 1986.02? THE SHORTAGE I WAS PAYING ON SHOULD BE DONE WITH. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME I AM DOING EVERYTHING TO PAY THIS COMPANY. YOU ARE ADDING TOO MUCH TO MY TO MY PAYMENT EVERY MONTH NOW, AND FISRT OF ALL I WAS PAYING 127.00 A MONTH FOR THREE YEARS. ASC IS ADDING MY SHORTAGE AND ESCROW TOGETHER AND ASC SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT. ASC IS MAKING IT VERY DIFFCULT FOR ME NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. INCREASE IN MY PAYMENTS TO 746.46 IF I DO NOT PAY THE SHORTAGE, HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN AND ON TOP OF IT ALL YOU WANT ME TO PAY 1986.02 SO THAT MY PAYMENT COULD BE 580.96 A MONTH. ASC NEEDS TO NEEDS TO DROP THIS SHORTAGE AND STOP TRYING TO ROB ME OF MY HARD EARNINGS. ASC NEEDS TO ADRESS THIS ISSUE WITH A LOT BETTER RESULTS FOR MY MORTGAGE PAYMENT. I HAVE BEEN PAYING TOO MUCH FOR TO LONG. I NEED FOR ASC TO DROP THIS ESCROW SHORTAGE ONCE AND FOR ALL WITH NO QUESTION ASKED. I KNOW THAT I AM NOT THAT BAD OF CUSTOMER TO ASC. I AM GOING TO NEED COOPERATION FROM ASC OR SOMEONE OF A MUCH HIGH COMMAND TO GET THESE ISSUES RESOLVED.
