Hope Now will not help... what good are they?
My home is currently in the beginning stages of foreclosure but no sale date has been set yet. I have already spoken with a bankruptcy attorney but truthfully cannot afford to file chapter 13. This would add $500/month to my already out of reach mortgage payment of $2357.00 (this includes tax & ins). Cannot afford this adjustable rate mortgage. I also have summited workout documents to Indymac Bank and I waiting for an answer but this could take another 30 - 40 days they said. I called Hope Now and was told that they couldn't help me, said they "do not help individuals already in foreclosure", I don't think the person I spoke to knew what they were talking about. Anyway, I'm reaching out to anyone that can provide some help.

I did file Chapter 13 and they did add 500.00 to my payment and we need help.
