I had a buyer but Option One took so long the buyer walked

I listed the home for sale, had a buyer lined up and Option One filed the foreclosure...held up the process and the buyer walked. Now I have additional fees and penalties tacked on. I would have loved to stay in my home, but now just need to clean up the aftermath. The original company Gateway Mortgage falsified documents to get the loan approved, they probably knew this would happen.
