ARM'd and not ready
April 03, 2008
I currently due for my 4/08 payment. I just paid my 3/08 payment on 3/25/08. The problem is when I bought my house I didn't realize I signed for an arm. And now I'm realizing that my rate will change every 6 months. I need a fixed rate as soon as possible.

I called SPS about our loan to see if the could lower the payments they told me NO.. they said I could short sale. They refuse to give me anything in writing saying I can short sale. Now I found out that they are the people who take payments for my lender. They never told me that I need to know find out who my lender is. My paper work says Resmae but they are bankrupt. Becareful if you are going through similar situration..
Make sure sps is your lender not the person you are just paying your payments to for your lender.
