Who can qualifiy for a partial claim?

I really want to save our house and our credit. I am also interested in possible finding more information about the partial claim. What happens after the partial claim is completed. My husband and I fell behind due to him having a tumor under his arm. He was off on disability for 4 months. We had called the mortgage company and they said that there was nothing they could do. Since his surgery he is back to work full time. I am currently trying to find a part-time to full time job.

I am a single mother of two and my business is in the construction industry in Northern Michigan. As of Feb of this year my interest rate increase from 7% to 10%. the company is getting ready to loose my home. I cant afford 2200.00 per month. Can you help?
