What should be my next move?
I've been unemployed for six (6) months. Unemployment is $332.00 weekly. I also have a car payment with BOA of $588.33 a month. I'm at a negative of over $1,200. BOA will not work with me as I have insufficient funds. My husband lived and died in this house. I have no one to turn to as family is all deceased. I've been looking for a job for these past six months and have not had any kind of offer; I'm still looking. I have no other income; just unemployment. I want to file bankruptcy but I don't even have the income for that. Is there anyone that can help me?? I don't want to be homeless because a company decided to lay me off last September due to reduction in staff. I have other debts and if I can file bankruptcy and start over that is what it will take.
