We thought we had this taken care of
We thought we were on track to getting our payments and all,in order,called asked for help,they went into a forbearance agreement,payed all on time then in December 07,told me to wait to send in payment until they sent paper work to our home to make an agreement on the remaining balance,they said could do this at the end of the forbearance agreement,but then said,and sent a letter saying in a business decision could not make arrangements to pay the difference over a period up to 24 months,they did say in the beginning there would be no problem.Please help,we fell on some bad times,but both of us are working now,we had sickness in the hospital and no pays for awhile,now we do,and if we can have help,we could make the payments,we just didn't no what to do when they changed what they said,they were going to do??
