They have not contacted me, do you think they will forget about it?

We also did what suntrust told us to do, now they will not help and we are in foreclosure. Anytime we call they forward us to the lawyers. We made a payment so we should have only been 2 behind and they kicked back the payment and sent us into foreclosure there has to be something we can do. We fell behind cuz they said they would help and after we were behind they said you have to pay everything up to date before we can help you...This company is unfair and should NOT be able to do this. We have 6 kids, medical bills and I am a business owner. We want to take legal actions and get everyone involved that suntrust has done wrong to. From what I have researched about this issue if you go into foreclosure it looks they will auction off your house in 3 months. I am dealing with this right now, I just found out we are in foreclosure and they did not contact me either.
