Can I divorce Countyywide?
I am getting divorced. We have had the house for sale for over a year and dropped the price 30k since we started. We can no longer drop the price or we wont even break even. Neither one of us can afford the house on our own. We dont know what else to do. We called countrywide to talk about a short sale and we were advised this would be the better option. As of right now, i am looking for more information on the process and negative credit impacts of Deed in lieu of foreclosure. Thanks for your time.
