It is very rare we can get a hold of Suntrust to try and work something out
My husband had three surgeries last year and his company fired him. He then got another job and lost that one, also. During that time, we used all of our savings and cashed in all of our 401k's. We have sold everything that we could and have been in constant contact with the mortgage company in an effort to save the house, but they rarely return phone calls. I am working two jobs, but we still don't have enough money to pay the mortgage. In the meantime, my husband has obtained another job, but won't start for another month or two. He has an offer letter, but the mortgage company wants pay stubs. The mortgage company refuses to work with us or call us back, and we got a letter from a lawyer that states that they are auctioning our house in March. When we are able to get a hold of someone at the mortgage company, and this is rare, they simply tell us that they are very busy.
