I promised not to sue them but now they are foreclosing on me
I have lived in this house for 18 years. I have tried every method I can find to catch up the past due but because of the bankruptcy I cannot get help. I filed because I had a business that was financed thru the same bank and the bank sold my equipment to other local contractors in exchange for the monthly payments for the business loan without my permission they took the equipment off of my job site and left me with no way to complete the jobs. They let me keep my home in exchange, they asked me to sign a forbearance agreement which stated I would not bring a law suit against them. I did not sign the forbearance however that business loan disappeared. I cannot afford to sue the bank and they know that. The bank has not sent me any foreclosure information however I know it is in the process.
