Our in-ground pool has put us into foreclosure???

February 25, 2008

our problem is the late charges and the checks that bounced 3 or 4 times. And plus they tried to run a couple back through and bounced a second time.I didn't make a payment for Jan & Feb. Because I was scared that they would bounce. We took a $15,000 a year cut.thats what hurt us.Mr.Conrad from Citi Financial talking with me and trying to help. But we can't come up with that much money at once.I wish they they would let us Refinance through them. The House is payed for. When he bought it in 1997 after his Grandma and grandpa.he had steel siding put on the House and had a In ground pool put in.Thats where the payments came in.The House is payed for.We have the Deed to the house. And do not want to loose the house. So Please! can you help us

WHAT HAS PUT YOU INTO FORECLOSURE IS YOU INABILITY TO REALIZE THAT YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY TAKE CARE OF ANY CHECKS BY GOING IN PERSON TO THE BANK AND TELLING THEM THAT YOU ARE PUTTING AN AMOUNT IN A SAVINGS ACCOUNT TO COVER ANY CHECKS WHICH MIGHT BOUNCE. wE ALL SOMETIMES HAVE CLOSE CALLS WITH OUR FINANCES. i HAVE ALWAYS KEPT A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS IN MY SAVINGS, NO MATTER WHAT, JUST IN CASE I'M CLOSE ON A CHECK. IT WILL PREVENT A CHECK FROM BOUNCING, THEN BOUNCING AGAIN AND ALL OF THE ACCUMULATED CHARGES. yOU HAVE LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON AND i HOPE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CONVINCE BOTH YOUR BANK AND YOUR LENDER THAT YOU WILL PUT THIS INTO PLACE TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.
