My home is being ripped from me by Suntrust

February 01, 2008

I had refinanced in November of 06. During last year I was making payments to the company and then I was told that the company wasn't around anymore and that I had all these lates. Then, I talked with some guy from involved in the mortgage and he said to stop making payments to that company. I got real confused with the situation and am not sure how to handle these things. Then, out of nowhere, I get a notice saying I had to go to court over my house. I had no prior notices in the mail and had no clue what the hell was going on because of all the mix ups with the companies. I went to court yesterday and they told me I lost my house that I grew up in and have lived in for over 30 yrs. Also, when I refinanced in 06 I took cash out to pay off ALL of my bills. Come to find out I had one that wasn't paid off when it was supposed to be and now I owe on that too. They told me I have to be out in 30 days. I'm 64 yrs old retired and I am looking at the house I've been in for so long get ripped away from me.

Anyone looking for a Loan Modification seeking first reliable trustworthy specialist? We can get a rate lowered, payment lowered, forgive past lates and fees and even may reduce principal on mortgage. As long as the sheriff sale has not taken place I can help you save your home. If you have been on time or get behind I can get you a rate no higher than 5% and as low a 2%. Any situation that shows a hardship as well, can be done.

come Rose Mary, are you still trying to take advantage of people? How much do you charge and what guarantee can you give these folks? I am sure you will ask for an up front fee..

My wife lost her job. We heard of the Obama plan and filed paperwork. Like most of you, Suntrust enduced me into going 90 days late to get help, then after 90 days they accelerated the note and returned or refused over $10,000 in back payments, my wife regained employement. After 6 months told me I didnt qualify and 3 days later filed foreclosure. I offered in writing to pay all of the money. This loan is backed by Fannie Mae, so they dont care about me. So I have a lawyer and I believe like me, many of you were led into foreclosure. If this is you, contact me.
