I have managed to avoid foreclosure once but I am still in trouble
My loan just keeps going up, I have pulled it out of foreclosure once already last summer and now the payment has gone up over $300.00. My credit score is so bad from a recent divorce and the fact that I have been late on my mortgage payments that NO ONE it seems is willing to refinance me. I know I have a lot if equity in my home and that it will appraise around $185,000. at least, I feel sure. If someone could only help me refinance to a lower monthly payment I could stay on track much easier. My house is all I have, if I lose it I obviously am not going to be able to buy anything else with a credit score of 572 due to all of this and it is the only normalcy that my children and I have left in our life. Do you know of anyone that will help me refinance. I am at great risk of going to foreclosure right now, any day. Haven't received the papers from the deputy, but I feel it will be soon. I have liquidated my 401K down to nothing now, the last 2500.00 is on it's way to me, and maybe this will be enough to stop the foreclosure but only temporarily, considering my outstanding balance is closer to 6000. Please advise me if you have any answers as to how I can keep my house.
