I have not heard back from Option One, is that good or bad?

February 01, 2008

My husband and I filled out a hardship letter and have not heard back from our mortgagee company, Our home was build in 2006. We went through credit counseling then after being turned down for a loan. We contacted Great Financial for advice to build our credit so in the future be able to purchase an home. We set in their office four hours with them convincing us that we had the credit and the funds to have this done, As you can see they were very convincing, We stressed at the time that we could not afford no more then 900.00 per month they made us believe this could happen. we moved in7/2006 and closed 8/2006 and to our surprise we were told that our payments were to be 1329.65 for the first two years then jump up to 1629.65. We love our home and because of my job situation we are unable to keep us with this payment. If we have to we will sell.
