Can HSBC take my money and still foreclose?

February 04, 2008

I was served foreclosure papers in may 2007. In October 2007, HSBC told me if I gave them $9000 by October 30, 2007, that would bring my account current. It has been 3 months since I made the $9000 payment and HSBC refuses to accept my monthly mortgage payments and refuses to contact me. HSBC STOPPED contacting me as soon as I issued the $9000 to them. is this legitimate? can they do this and still continue with the foreclosure?

We too have given thousands and still have lost everything. Sorry to bring a bad comment but we can't find any hope anywhere these days. Our lawyers have lied to us and just take our money...Where is the hope?

You wont get any where with HSBC bank They just keep adding on more and more Charges for nothing they tryed that with me and i have not payed them a dime it would be better to get a lawyer to stop all the money there ripping you off for i will tell you where that money gos it go to the employee who gets that money from you i do not belive that you owed them 3 payments that came to 9'000 dollars do you think about it how much is you house payment the extra money go to the employee who gets you to pay it i can send you over to a place where you can look at there paper work and it even states it ; they are the people from over seas that own your loan ive got proof that they have said alot of thing Get a hold of me through my email and ill send some of it to you i got it off there papers that was signed when they came over to the states Im now suing them and the notary who signed the loan without us there and they changed our loan but im telling you youll get no where with them get a lawyer you will after i show you what i have on them and im still in my Home almost 2 years later it can be done get a hold of me it just might help you need to find a lawyer that dose just realastate and there are some that do it on a contingence

I have my mortgage with HFC (HOUSING FINANCE CORPORTATION)apparently is the same as HSBC. I would like to talk to you or contact you by email. I have the same situation as the other person but I have not given them a dime. We went for a mediation and they asking us to give them 12000 dollars but they dont garanteess us that we can keep the house.

No matter what we did HSBC would not do as they said. I have a law office that wants to see all my files now that all the frad is out in the news. No one would even look before. I am hoping if I have a case, that it will help someone esle out. I lost my home Febuary 2010, and it has been sold. You need to go see a law firm really fast before paying them any money. They do not keep their word. They can call your loan at any time. you can email me at rose 10 lyn yahoo
