My husband works in Suadi and our home is being foreclosed on in New Orleans
My husband works in Saudi. He was making very good money at first, working a lot of overtime. They cut his hours, then we had a claim filed against us in New Orleans. We were leasing a home there when Katrina hit. We lost almost everything.

Legal aid has not worked, does anyone have any suggestions here?
WE CAN NOT FIND ANY HELP WE TRIED LEGAL AID THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY CASE UNTIL MARCH 10TH 2008.I DONT WANT TO LOSE MY HOME I AM TRYING TO SAVE MY HOME.I AM ON SOCIAL SEC/ .AND MY WIFE WAS TAKING OFF THE LOAN FOR NO REASON. THEN WHEN THEY TOOK ME TO COURT THEY HAVE PUT MY WIFE BACK ON.
Can Carrington do a rate freeze
We don't want to lose our home we was having so problem paying the two on the due date the first of the month due to raising cost of light bill over 300.00 a month, but we was paying them both before the 16 of the month. now that it have went up to 742.58 it going to be even harder to do .
I got married, bought a house... now what?
I got married after I bought the house. I'm not sure, but I think I have Rural Housing loan. I'm trying to negotiate with the lender to repay it. I have $1500 dollars to start...but their repayment amount each month is too much. I don't know what to do.

Our in-ground pool has put us into foreclosure???
our problem is the late charges and the checks that bounced 3 or 4 times.And plus they tried to run a couple back through and bounced a second time.I didn't make a payment for Jan & Feb. Because I was scared that they would bounce.We took a $15,000 a year cut.thats what hurt us.Mr.
Should I do a Deed-in-lieu of Foreclosure
I had a few questions regarding my situation. My property is a 3 br 2 bath house with a detached 600 sq ft cottage on a third acre. The front house has a family who gave me a verbal 30 day notice to vacate.

I seem to be getting further and further behind because my rate keeps increasing
I live in North Carolina. The house in question is my home in New Smyrna Beach Florida. I have an ARM which I obtained two years ago. I intended to have the home sold within l8 months after getting the ARM and I needed cash due to family situations.
I have managed to avoid foreclosure once but I am still in trouble
My loan just keeps going up, I have pulled it out of foreclosure once already last summer and now the payment has gone up over $300.00. My credit score is so bad from a recent divorce and the fact that I have been late on my mortgage payments that NO ONE it seems is willing to refinance me.

I need to restructure my loans, will Accredited Home Lenders do that?
In July of 2007, I paid my mortgage in advance for August and September. I had financial difficulties and was unable to make my October 2007 payment on time.
