I think I am in over my head and now in jeopardy of foreclosure with National City
I closed on a construction loan 5/2006 and it modified to perm on 12/29/06. This is really a struggle for me, as I must now admit that I've gotten in over my head. There are several things that contributed to getting off pace. In march, my son was terribly ill and in the hospital for over two weeks. Because the underlining cause to his illness was considered a 'mental disorder, I had to foot the bulk of the expenses in order to get him into a private facility for youth to be stabilized. On top of that my inability to sell my previous home that has been vacant since Jan. 07, thirdly income decreasing and finally not qualifying for the option arm that I so desperately needed in order to afford my home and other bills. I am burden down, but still hopeful that something can be worked out. I love my house and want to keep it.
