WE WERE IN THE PROCESS OF A LOAN MODIFICATION WHEN BOA TOOK OVER. TB&W HAD US ON HOLD SINCE JAN.2009, THEY HAD JUST GOTTEN INTOUCH WITH US ON AUGUST 1 AND I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED A JOB BECAUSE I WAS ONLY GETTING TAA AND MY HUSBAND WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING.WE HAVE SOME PAYMENTS BEHIND BUT FOR THE LAST YEAR ALL HAVE BEEN MADE ON TIME.
