I have never had a foreclosure or bankruptcy on my credit... I want it to stay that way
I have two mortgages with Emc which combined add up to 525. I am currently on a payment plan with the 1st one, The interest rate on the first one is 7plus and $420 and the second one $105 which is more than 12%. The payment plan which Emc has put me on is not working because I have to pay more than if I were not on the plan. I have never had a foreclosure or bankruptcy and I got behind because i lost my job and so did my son who lives with me and helps out with payments. He is now working but I am not. This stress is so great that until I get some kind of help emotionally I am no up to it. I have been living from savings that I had. I hope that you can help me avoid foreclosure that would be devastating. I made the mistake of getting one of those subprime loans and these are the consequences.
