My wife balmes me for geting this mortgage with Well Fargo

January 21, 2008

This is a condo that was bought in FL. Wife was the co-signer. Separated from her a couple of months ago. We both make good money but the money was going to my other home in NJ mortgage, equity line of credit, utilities bills, day care, insurance, car lease, partial support of in-laws etc. etc. I need help selling this property or doing something to make it easy since my wife blames me for these problems and doesn't want to help me pay for this loan.

My mother owns 2 homes in Fl. She lives in one in central Fl. She was talked into buying a home in Northern Fl to rent out to a "friend". She is 80 years old - living on social security and a small retirement check. Total income $1500/month. The bank is foreclosing on the Northern FL home - renter moved out and no money has been paid towards this mortgage since June. There are 2 mortgages on this house. What will happen once foreclosure occurs. Anybody know
