My mom left me this home when she died, now Option One wants to take it from me

January 21, 2008

I was paying my mortgage until Sept 13, 2007 when the mortgage company put foreclosure papers on me and I had 20 days to find the proof that I had paid...which I found all but 1 payment...they listed the address as ******** Drive...not 1805..to date I have not been able to find out anything from the courts..the mortgage company has been out 2 times while I was at work..and will I call them back they only will tell me they want ten thousand dollars to stop the foreclosure which I just do not have..my sister and I live in this house it was my fathers we told out to pay off bills and get my daughter in college...she is in her 3 years and serves in the Army reserves...it is hopes that one day this home will be her's...the mortgage company says they are selling the home on Feb 14 the judge has not ruled on this case so I have been told I was told to take what money I have and get a attny...also I have never got the Sept payment check back they said they sent it ot 1806 if that was the case they would have gotten it back there is no 1806 on this street...the process server had a hard time finding the house with that address...I work at Wal Mart my sister is a Nurse at the local hosp...I do not know if I could deal with a company that miss manages accounts this way but my biggest worry is losing my home I grew up...a home that was org. bought with the left over funeral money from the mother who died when I was 9 years old
