A long story short... I need help with Flagstar

January 07, 2008

Back in October in 2007 My wife and I entered into a repayment agreement with Flagstar taking our payment from 1437.00 to 1697.00 they told us they we did not qualify for any other program with my wife did not understand she made the statement that we qualify to pay more but we don't qualify to pay less. To make a long story short we were not able to pay the higher amount. I had been in contact with our loan mitigation person since day one it was times that I called her and left her messages on what our current status was in regards to ability to pay. When she finally got back to us the reply was good. Now I informed her that we would not be able to make November's payment which would have only had us 3 payments behind so at that time she knew that the we were going to have to restructure our repayment plan due to both another missed payment and due to the fact the our escrow account was short I really need held in what to do here I really hope you can help. We just received both letter of foreclosure and date of sale with in a date of each other this pass Friday and Saturday. although when the repayment was made we were only 2 payments behind.

Anyone looking for a Loan Modification seeking first reliable trustworthy specialist? We can get a rate lowered, payment lowered, forgive past lates and fees and even may reduce principal on mortgage. As long as the sheriff sale has not taken place I can help you save your home. If you have been on time or get behind I can get you a rate no higher than 5% and as low a 2%. Any situation that shows a hardship as well, can be done.

Flagstar is no longer a bank, it is a securities broker and mortgage warehouser. They lost that status last year.

Flagstar forced an escrow acct. on me. I was late on taxes in Jan 2010, (the only time I was late ever in 17 years.they paid the taxes, and doubled the rent to $1286.36. They said it go back to $625.40, after 5 months. we paid them in full,(It didn't go back to normal, they decided to pay my 2011 taxes before I could, and now, I will pay $1586.00 per, month, which is like paying two escrow accts.
