Health issues have caoused me to move from my home, I need to get rid of it to avoid foreclosure

January 07, 2008

Property is in Las Vegas. Had to leave property husband lost job and wife having allergy related asthma due to climate in Las Vegas. Want to do a deed in lieu of foreclosure, bank will not help. Turned down on forbearance and repayment plan and home has been on market for 30 days+ would be a short sale if sold.No offers out of time. need to act fast for a non judicial foreclosure.
