A friend is in foreclosure and she needs help with Countrywide
I am sending this for a friend. I not sure about how much he owes. But, I know he is in trouble and about to lose his home soon. Just trying to see if anything could be done to stop foreclosure. Any information would be appreciated. Here is a letter from her.
I was notified last month that my next payment due Jan 7th through modification program up to April at a higher payment. Today I received a letter in the mail that I will be in court on January 24 for the sale of my home. There's no answer at the mortgage company when I came home from work I will try again in the morning as to why. I have done everything this company has asked me to do though communication in this whole matter from on agent to the next has not made any progress. I am currently a single mom of 4 that does not collect any child support because I cannot afford the exorbitant bill of the attorney. I had a premature baby girl and the doctor bills set me back a bit and I have still yet to pay them, I have also been trying to respond to all creditors prior to the separation in effort to save my credit to no avail is not any good, and try to maintain my family and home. i would be looking for help as soon as possible if you can.
