I have a foreclosure date coming up soon, I need to set something up with Suntrust

The money they want me to come up with $5800.00 I just don't have. I would like to have a loan modification if possible, I don't want to forget about the payments I am behind, but if I could be on a longer payment plan that will make my monthly payments smaller or something. I am currently 16 months behind and I want to keep my home, my sale date is soon , I hope you can help. and be affordable also.

We too have not heard from Suntrust. We have had two lawyers and they both misrepresented us. We want to work out some payment plan but Suntrust lawyers have set the bar way too high-$3500 per month. Our regular payments are $840. They are taking our home without allowing us the opportunity and my husband works for the State. Is there any help out there at all?
We also did what suntrust told us to do, now they will not help and we are in foreclosure. Anytime we call they forward us to the lawyers. We made a payment so we should have only been 2 behind and they kicked back the payment and sent us into foreclosure there has to be something we can do. We fell behind cuz they said they would help and after we were behind they said you have to pay everything up to date before we can help you...This company is unfair and should NOT be able to do this. We have 6 kids, medical bills and I am a business owner. We want to take legal actions and get everyone involved that suntrust has done wrong to. I have lost my income, and I can't afford my mortgage, I tried getting a second loan,but the property value has gone down,then i attempt to speak with SunTrust about the value dropping....I have not paid my loan since 12/07 todate...please help i tried work with a company similar to your, but Jim Gonzales took $1200.00 up front fee and said that they can't help...I hope your company is different..How can walk away and save my credit?
