I have anxiety about losing my home to foreclosure and to Ocwen

January 14, 2008

We have fallen behind due to illnesses and very high medical bills and medication. My husband has Rheumatoid Arthritis, Diabetes, and joint and hip deterioration. He has been bedridden for the past year. I also survive cancer, and have anxiety, depression and panic disorder. My doctor has helped me tremendously, so that I could return to work. Since I started back to work after being out for 5 1/2 years, i have made a good recovery from a nervous breakdown in December of 2000. I have been trying to pay catch up with all the bills, but my mortgage has suffered from this. I do not want to lose my home, as I could not think of anyplace else I could take care of my husband and myself. We love our home, i do not want to lose it, for this is all we know. I am able to pay regular mortgage at this time, and have saved up $4,500.00 to put towards my mortgage. I cannot come up with the $13,000.00 that we owe all at once. Please , is there is any way you can help us, I would be eternally grateful. Any and all consideration in this matter would be deeply appreciated. I made the mistake of having a company string me along all this time saying that they could help, but have not heard from them since after thanksgiving. they have all my paper work that I sent to them, but I believe at this point it has become hopeless, as I am getting very stressed over this.

You can still save your house, if you want to keep it ask for help. Ocwen is one of the most flexible banks and they are modifying the loans. call the loan modification department and ask for a loan modification. That will bring you back to current and lower your interest rate as well as your mortgage payment. And you are a perfect candidate due to what you have gone through. You can do it yourself or hire a company like us to do it for you. I do this for a living and Ocwen has never rejected any case.

To Rodo:
I don't know how many of these modifications you have done with Ocwen but I would guess it has been very, very few. Ocwen doesn't have a Loan Modification department - they have a Loan Resolution Dept. and those people do nothing more than ask for money up front (large sums of money) and offer you a Forbearance Agreement that will raise your payments!! If you can't afford the money up front then they aren't interested in talking with you.
Please quit leading people astray - Ocwen is a terrible company to work with - they lie all the time and they just don't care.

Believe me - I've been there with them!
