Can you reduce my payment?

September 27, 2007

We get asked this question about 100 times a day. There are some ways to lower your payments. One of the ways is to refinance your home and hopefully lowering your payments. This is usually very difficult to do with a home owner that is delinquent on their current mortgage. However, we have been successful at getting a fixed rate for those home owners that are in an ARM and it has recently adjusted. Please contact us to confirm whether we can help you. Here is a quote form a recent client that is very typical.

”First and Second Mortgage is very high payment , is there any way we can reduce them?”

We offer a free no hassle consultation to discuss your case and see if we can assist you. Please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Help me lower my payment

I have a unique situation. A year ago I went through a difficult divorce.Through lawyers fees childsupport and alimony, I was unable to keep up my mortgage payments.I was forced to declare bankrupt. My situation has changed now, I ex-wife has re-married and the alimony has stop. I am now in position to pay a mortgage. What are my chances to keep my home.

You are servicing our mortgage through David G. Peake's office, Chapter 13, Southern District of Texas. Our home was never in foreclosure. If we remove it from the bankruptcy plan, will you refinance it for us and lower our payment?

I heard the government is assisting mortgage companys to help people with ARM so that they can get a fixed rate for 5yrs. Is there anyway I can apply for that service. my rate will turn into an ARM in Oct. 08

I did fax a letter to your attention last week requesting a mortgage modification or refinancing option. Please reply back as i certainly need your help desperately.

Please make sure you did not fax us thinking we were your mortgage company... we get confused for them a lot. We are not Carrington Mortgage Company, but we can assist home owners who have them as their lender.

Just got out of a forbearance plan PRAISE THE LORD....now my rate is set to adjust at the end of Feb. I can barely afford my mortgage plan as it is now therefore have a lot of delinquencies on my credit report. Do I have options to get out of this mess and start to "live"?
Posted By sherri Jones on December 29, 2007 at 01:59 PM
You can live every day... try not to base your joy on worldly things. I know it is hard to do but it is true. If you do that god will help you through your struggles and you can help others that have been through this.

Keep your head up and always remember, it is only a house. You can’t take it with you.
