"We are currently 3 months behind and have been receiving Intent to Foreclose notices. This all began after a death in the family in Sept., then I lost my full-time job in Feb. and then needed emergency surgery the end of Feb. We now have basically only one income in the household (my fiancee) I am currently working only part-time. We have just made one full mortgage payment. But by the time we have the funds for the next one a new month will be coming in. Our credit card bills are behind, as are our utilities,etc. We just cannot seem to get ahead. Our mortgage company has advised us that if we don't do something fast they will go ahead with the proceedings and foreclose on our home. Please contact us as soon as possible."
