Repayment Plans... is One all I will ever get?
April 03, 2007
If you are on a payment plan now does that mean that you can't get another one?
Many people contact us and state that the mortgage company put them on a payment plan that they couldn't afford. Just because the mortgage company has approved you for a repayment plan does not mean that's the only one you will ever get. They typically will give you multiple chances to bring your loan current.
”We were on a payment plan ,my husband was out of work due to health now we are both working and Wells Fargo put it into foreclosure because of one missed payment, we can now make our payments they said its two thousand six hundred to get it back to normal payments our income starting as of march will be 2,700 monthly I know we can do good on our payments now but cannot come up with 2,700 by April 26 can you please advise what we can do this is our only home with 3 children and we do not want to loose our home thank you.”
We can get you approved for another a payment plan if we can show you can afford your house. We will develop a detailed financial portfolio your income versus expenses to show the mortgage company that you can indeed afford the house and to show them what you can afford if you are approved for another repayment plan.

I would like an repayment plan.
I have my loan with ASC and they have me on a repayment plan I can't afford. I am trying to sell the house before it goes to Foreclosure but when i got the pay off they had added interest and prepayment penalties that come to more than what i can sell the house for can you help?
My home was put up for sheriffs sale approximately four weeks ago.
However it didn't sell and was returned to holder.
Now I am able to resume payments(which were about 6 months behind).
I would like to make some kind of new payment arrangements. I am unable, however, to make up all back payments at one time.

It may be too late to try and get them to accept a repayment plan... but it does not hurt anything to ask. They typically will not work with a homeowner after the sale has taken place.
