If you delay... your home will be sold.
April 07, 2007
If you get a letter from a Sheriff telling to get out of the house... you have waited too long. If your home is sold at an auction then the next step is to get an eviction letter from the sheriff. There is very little that can be done if your home has already been auctioned. You need to determine if you have a redemption period. If you do have a redemption right the only thing you can do is purchase the home back from whoever bought it at the auction... which is almost impossible but it can happen.
The best advice we can give to anyone is not ignore the problem and do something today. Please contact us if you would like more information.
"OUR HOME HAS ALREADY BEEN TO AUCTION BACK IN MARCH ,WE HAVE ALREADY GOTTEN A LETTER SAYING WE HAVE 5 DAYS TO VACATE(RECIVED ON APRIL,6,2007"

Now we are aware that they are unable to catch theer payments up and may go into foreclosure. Are there any options that we have of saving atleast the part of the property that we live on, we would even consider purchasing the whole 10+ acres?
They are likely to keep us in the dark about what is going on, if we do have options when should we start the process?
