I Have the sale date next month, can you stop the foreclosure in time?
March 07, 2007
When someone has suffered temporary hardship is usually easy to get Option One to stop the foreclosure. A temporary hardship is one of the best ways to remedy the situation because they realize that you can now afford the mortgage payment.
”My business suffered a severe loss due to employee theft and malicious wrongful reporting to a State entity causing sever penalties and shut down of the business. I have since started a new company and am doing much better. ”
We need to determine immediately what the current status is with the mortgage company. Even if there is the sale date next month there is still time to negotiate with Option One and allow you to keep your house.

couldnt ever get any good communication with option one because there were always problems getting through on phone and had to speak to someone in what i believe is india bad language gap.
there is always an indian person speaking on behalf of option one and they make no sence and they have the worst attitudes when you are trying to make a better way to get your business on the right track.
I Just want to stop the foreclosure and see if there is a way I can put what I owe at the end of my loan.????????????????
I was behind by two months and received a foreclosure notice if not paid within 30 days They would begin foreclosure. I paid the amount with a personal bank check and after the 30 days it was sent back to me. Stating they would not accept it because it was not a certified check or money order. I called them and they said they were going through with the foreclosure anyway. I spoke to someone who set up a payment plan then when calling back to confirm the plan I was told by someone else that that plan would not work and tried to give me another plan at two times the amount that I had agreed verbally on just two days before. I was not able understand the foreign person that tried to speak english so I called back and spoke to someone else ( I have the name) and was told to sent $1500.00 down payment in the form of a cashiers check over night and then call back the next day to confirm and than an agreement would be sent to me via fax and the amount and terms would be agreed on. I have since sent the check overnight and have called the last two days and cannot get the person I spoke to to answer or call back. I am afraid to speak to someone else due to the problems and continued runaround I am getting. I hope someone can help me out with this matter. Thanks
