Oklahoma foreclosure
This is an actual comment for a client:
”I was in a chapter 13 bankruptcy gone bad. Currently it is dismissed and have not made house payment since beginning of bankruptcy 5/2006. ”
Something that a lot of people don't understand when they enter into bankruptcy is that you must continue to pay your normal mortgage payment along with the bankruptcy trustee payment. We get a lot of people that call us and say they made their bankruptcy payment you don't understand why they are in foreclosure. Even if this is not the case for you bankruptcy is not pleasant to be in. Once the bankruptcy is dismissed we can begin negotiations with your mortgage company to mitigate the loan and get you into a workout program.

These are the rudest people I have ever worked with. My husband had colon cancer surgery and lost hid job all in the same month, needless to say we were struggling. I was working 2 jobs to try and keep up. They could care less about our hard ship. Can't wait to get away from them.
