Got behind on my mortgage do a job loss
Good people can get into financial difficulties. unfortunately sometimes it's hard to get out of them. Countrywide is one of the best mortgage companies we have found a deal with it is very forgiving.
”Was behind with my mortgage due to loss of job, am now employed but salary is lower than my previous job. I asked for a re-adjustment of installment but what I got was an even higher installment for me to catch up with my installment and this has proven to be an uphill battle for me. My desire would be to have whatever I owe as late mortgage to be pushed to the end of my payment plan. Original mortgage was $2091, current arrangement is $3034.”
The only way we can get you approved for a workout as if we can show that you can afford the house payment. If you have lost income and can no longer afford the house there is not much that can be done. If we can show that you can afford a house they possibly can get some of the past due amount put toward the end of the loan. We will need to do a financial review of your situation to see what can be done.
