We failed to get this worked out our own
California foreclosure
This is an actual comment from a client:
"We contacted you back in Sept. and we tried to work it out ourselves but were unsuccessful. We now have money that can help bring our mortgage current and have outside help from a friend who is going to help us financially for a year to help us get back on our feet after my husband had cancer. We are both working full time now and would like to resolve this before they start to foreclose. They sent a letter saying that if no action is taken by the end of Feb. they will start foreclosure proceedings. So we need to act fast. Please call me as soon as possible so we can get help. Thanks"
We have a lot of people contact us that try to work this out for themselves and are unsuccessful. We never say that you can't work this out on your own, we just tell you that we are very good at what we do and we can get this worked out for you. Besides the class action lawsuit, I am also writing a letter to Pres. Obama to let him know that, after all that money that was given to the banks, the banks still do not want to do what is right! They are greedy bastards!
They still refuse to work with us! I am taking it in my own hands because I can not just sit by and do nothing! It is not even about the home any more it is about the PRINCIPAL of it all! I would urge you to write a letter to the President as I have done! No one is listening! SOMEONE HAS GOT TO HEAR US!
The banks will go to hell one way or another! I am convinced of it! Good luck to you all!
