I have the money to catch up... why won't they take it

This is an actual comment for a client:
”I have the money to catch up the payments but cant find who will take the payments. I want to keep my home.
Can you believe that some people actually have a hard time finding someone to take the money? Unfortunately it's not only true that happens quite frequently in the mortgage industry. Once you get behind on your mortgage payment the mortgage companies have a set of rules they need to go buy to once again take payment. Technically if they accept a payment from you they cannot foreclose and therefore they want to make sure what the situation is before they will accept any money. The taxes say july 2997 to june 2008. I though I had until June to pay them. Just got a letter about a tax sale in May. I called to see if I could put the i/2 year taxes in the principle and start an escrow account.
My son has special needs and the tuition is $1OOO A MONTH AND ONE DAUGHTER IN NURSING SCHOOL. COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME PAY THIS ONE TIME. I HAVE CALLED AND THEY SAID NO. WHY EVERY OTHER BANK WILL HELP YOU.
