There are some things you need to look out for when a home has been willed to you. A lot of times the person receiving the house in the will is not on the mortgage and this will cause a problem with the mortgage company. It does not create a problem as long as mortgages paid current but if it ever becomes delinquent than the mortgage company will have a problem with the work out if you're not on the loan.
We can work with the mortgage company to resolve this issue so that we can get a workout approved and get the loan current again.
