I filed bankruptcy and it failed what can I do now?
Minnesota foreclosure
This is an actual comment from a client:
"We are in bankruptcy now for 18 months. We have about 18 more months to go. We are about to lose our home. It is not in foreclosure yet but gettting close nd we can not get any help."
As we have stated many times before bankruptcy is not the correct option to stop the foreclosure. Bankruptcy only delays the inevitable and does not offer you a permanent solution. It is much better to allow us to negotiate with your mortgage company instead of filing the bankruptcy. 75% of all bankruptcies fail within the first three months because they make it nearly impossible to afford.
Even if you have filed for bankruptcy in the past does not mean we still can help you. As long as we can show that you can now afford the house we can get this worked out for you and bring your loan current.
