I will be available tomorrow 2/27/07 most of the day. Otherwise my wife ******* is available most afternoons. Thank you so much.”

You indicated your gross income but we need to know what your monthly expenses are. We have to show the you can afford the mortgage payment or there is no way we can get you approved for a workout. We will do a detailed financial portfolio on your income versus your expenses to prove the countrywide that you can afford this house.
