I can't afford the payment plan they put me on can I get another one?
Texas foreclosure
This is an actual comment from a client:
"We had got behind in 2006, our regular payment is 702.00 and they put us on a repayment plan and it made our payments go up to $2265.00 a month for 6 months and we can not afford this much a month and they are not willing to work out another arrangement with us."
I would not call this arrangement a repayment plan this is almost a reinstatement. A repayment plan must be something that you can afford or you'll be right back in the same position within a month. You need someone to negotiate on your behalf to arrange a repayment plan that fits your financial situation. We will develop a financial portfolio to accurately depicts your current financial situation with your monthly income versus your monthly expenses. This will show them what surplus you have to put toward a repayment plan.
Even if you have had a repayment plan in the past and have defaulted on it does not mean we can't get you approved for another one. Please call us to discuss your case.
