Why did they return my checks

December 17, 2007

Mortgage company returned checks. The lender who financed the loan misapplied payments prior to transferring the loan to a new servicer.

why not everybody else get together and we do a common demand about it, it is possible?

we had to make payments to keep our home because they didn't take our check. is there a lawsuit out there?
