What are responsible solutions to foreclosure?
December 13, 2007
I've had a hard time after my divorce and still helping a daughter with college expenses and also sharing joint custody of my youngest daughter. All I need is to be able to get the payments back to what I can afford them. The arm has gotten to the point where I could no longer afford my house and Nationstar is not interested in any reasonable solutions.

Approx. 2 years ago you gave us a break on our mortgage, but that has come to an end. I am a teacher with restricted income and my husband is retired with hardly no income.($ 596) per month. I gave all my income info. to your rep. approx. six months ago. I got no response. In the condition this house is in (not being up to code) it will cost to much to do this plus give nothing to principal.I can not live in this house any longer because it makes me ill (coughing and upper respiratory system). I can not pay $1200. per month. If you can bring this house up to code and fix it right, it would sell for more than your balance due. This house made right, would sell for more than $110,000. We can help each other, you help me with moving expenses and I can sign the deed over to your company. You can come out ahead on this, by making money on it. My health is all I have and I am sure that you will agree with that. Thank you for your time and effort.!!!
