Foreclosure om my home was in August, I'm still here. Not sure what to do. I think they are willing to set up payments. In the past they tried to set of patments but couln't pay what they were asking, but i was willing to catch up.The test and trails I.m going through at this time is really something. My husband lost his job and so on. All I have AT this point is Jesus and I will continue to trust him, whatever his dicision is.

I'm sad to hear your situation. I'm a single mom w/ only one son but going down the foreclosure/short sale nightmare too. I know it's hard when you feel like no one will help you in this sit. but you need to pull the energy left in you for your kids. Don't let the Wall Street idiots win this battle. Talk to your church, relatives, if there's a shelter in your community. Do everything you can to provide a roof over your head. You have a job and that's great... it's a good start. If you're not out you should request $$$ from IndyMac to move you. I would go to the local newspaper and publicize my story. I will say a prayer for you. Good Luck

WEll we are going throught the same, But with ASC. We have read so many HORROR stories on this company. We are trying to get some people, that have Asc, to merge together, and form a legal document to put a civil suit on them. They say they have a Loss mitigation dept, but they fail to tell you it can take up to 90 days. So, if anyone is with Asc' Aka Wells Fargo, please help and we will help you..We need to form togther to stop these ppl.

We are 7 mths behind on our mortgage with Wells Fargo, due to two layoffs from jobs in 7 months due to reduction in force, first one in Jan. called WF, ask them what we can do, they told us to send in the paperwork for a Loan Modification, we did, we called every week to check up on the status etc..., in March we were informed we were denied, due to our debt to income ratio being to high, after being instructed by a loss mitigation rep. to over estimate our bills. We were told to redo our financial worksheet and resubmit, so we did, had a $135 surplus, told things looked good right on track, called each week once again, as we were supposed to, told "It is under review" called on June 26, told you were denied on June 23, if we hadn't called we wouldn't have known. This time denied because they said, Yes, we have a surplus but they still didn't feel we would be able to make the new payment. in the process of the second Loan Modification being under review, I had obtained a new full time job, making good money, we called Loss Mitigation were told to once again 3rd time, resubmit the paperwork for a Loan Mod. the rep. helped us rework our financial with the new income etc.. this time with a $765 a month surplus, paperwork was faxed on June 26th. called next day, said they didn't get it, so faxed it again. Yes, they received it, said they got it on July 2, our file for Loan Mod. was reopened on July 7th, but in the mean time they also said on July 2 we went into foreclosure. Received certified papers from Wells Fargo yesterday July 9, papers dated July 8 saying they have our house scheduled for a public foreclosure sale on August 5, 2008. less then 30 days from now. We have called probably 8 times today, talked to different reps, some tell us the same thing, some different, been told that once we show a active loan mod, review then "Possibly" they will put the foreclosure process on hold...say it is up to the negotiator that gets our file, but as of today July 10, it has not gotten to the hands of a negotiator, as we were told by a couple reps, it is just sitting there, while we are beside ourselves not wanting to lose our home. We had two reps. say they would shoot an email up trying to get them to get our file to a negotiator ASAP!! but when we called later, a different rep. told us there was nothing they could do, it would basically get to the negotiator when it did. Called back again, had a rep. tell us our file was marked priority, because of the pending foreclosure. then another rep. told us no they did not show it being priority. so out of 8 people we only got the same story out of two people. For people that say they are eager, to help us stay in our house, and there goal is not to foreclose, they sure have jumped on it, and not trying to get this Loan Mod done so we can keep our home. We need help desperately!!!! Everyone with Wells Fargo that are having these problems need to get together on this.

We tried everything they told us to do. Me and my husband are both disable. I sent them my whole check to keep them from foreclosing on us, but they did. They sent us a paper said that we had only 10 days to vacant our property. They even said, that we were not living in our home. Someone came out and was going to clean up our property because they was told by Indymac Bank that it was vacant over six months. We have lived in our home since 1987. We qualfied for re-modifaction but they lied to us about that to. We don't have have nowhere to go. SO HOW CAN WE STOP THEM, I WISHED SOMEONE WOULD TELL US. Also they did this to us when Freddie Mac took over, and then they turned it back over to Indymac.

I hope Jesus help us all. But my husband who has cancer, saids we all need to get together and sue Indymac. That is why we got behind. I tried Bankrupty but it was to expensive, so we had dismiss, even our lawyer lied to us. Blog here if you want to talk.

I think we all need to just leave our homes and let the banks and mortgage companies worry about them. They have us by a string and all they do is dangle us around, so let us dangle them around. When I got laid off my husband and I used all of our savings, when that ran out we were having trouble making 1900.00 monthly payments, everything we did did not work got turned down or we were told we can re-finance but that would cut our payment 200.00 did not qualify for a modification. The problem is there is no help, Obama has talked out of both sides of his mouth, he is more interested in making himself popular and all of his talking is hogwash, he says nothing when he talks.. Everyone out there that is going to lose your home THERE IS NO HELP!!!!the banks and mortage companies got their bailouts we got nothing so the best thing to do is stop buying anything and put these bailout companies once and for all out of business.... Tell them come and get my house when I did that the wanted to deal, they realized they did not have me over a barrel.

I Live in South Dakota and have a loan originally from the Quicken Mortgage bought out by Indymac bank. My wife and I have 6 children, 3 of the children are handicapped, Due to the wife having to quit work and tend to children and the rising costs of living, we got behind on our payments, I have tried and tried to make arrangements with the Indymac people, and finally with the tax refund for this year, I gained the needed amount to catch up the past payments, they are refusing the payment and want an extra 1000.00 and they want 1100.00 house payments for the next 6 months , then they told me that they wouldn't accept the payment that we were in foreclosure. I have not received any foreclosure papers from them or the sheriff or anyone, have had hardly any written correspondence with them, I have had to initiate all the calls , I have filled out several packets of information for a reconstruction loan. nothing seems to be working .
