They are harassing me, I want them to go away.
House is on market Called Litton to let them know status that I'm trying to sell but cannot make payments. They gave me options of short sale, deed in lieu Now they are calling every 3 days to tell me my payment is late and to make arrangements to pay it. It is a different person every time. They don't have any idea what is going on as records are not noted. There is no one to talk to that seems to understand and be able to work with me. They just perform as any other collection agency. I am moving from the home and want to avoid foreclosure but they are making it very difficult. The Realtor is running very extensive ads to sell the house and it is listed far below market value. I am trying to do what will be best for both myself and the lender but their phone calls at home and at work when my voice mail answers are becoming a problem. As with any other collection agency there is no discussion other than the full amount and when.
