They claim that we are in foreclosure, ho do I know for sure?
December 13, 2007
We fell behind on our mortgage. As of Nov. 1 we were not in foreclosure. One week ago we found out that our home was up for sheriff sale on the 17th of this month. We have the money for a payment arrangement but they want it tonight and we can't get it out of the bank until in the morning. They claim if we don't pay it tonight we lose the house. According to the county that we live in we are not in foreclosure, we need someone to step in and help us save our home

First you need to be sure where the letter came from. The first step is the demand letter you need to reply to that in the 30 day time period. They will set arangements with you. After the demand letter the account goes into f/c.You will get a summons from the sheriff with the date. There is up to day of sale to stop sale. You do not want to wait until then.YOU CAN SAVE YOUR HOME.I worked for this company for six years trust me i would not give an attorney a better deal then i would you.it can be done do not give up hope on saving your home
I have been trying to do a loan modification and they said they would not work with me unless I fell behind. Why do I have to ruin my credit to get some action from them. This is the worst bank ever! I hope that I can some day find a diffrent bank to take my loan!
unfortunately this bank works that way. it's ridiculous I agree with you.
First franklin is evil. we have been trying to get a mod for both the govt mod and the in house mod since feb of 09, they kept saying i did not turn in feb bank statements, which i did 3 times even have fax proof. then in aug i called and they said they received it but we were denied because our credit scores were to good! What????? OMG. ok this is nuts, so we quit paying our mortgage oct and nov and put our money in safe haven for now. they said they will try a in house mod again but we dont look good. we have been here 10 yrs my husband is a veteran and i wish we were not given the advice to go with this company and get out of our va loan. i spoke with a va rep and he said we can qualify for another house in 2 years no problem. i just dont know why they want all of our houses, they say they dont but......... maybe they want to be landlords. i am taking everything out of this place.how long do we have before they officially kick us and our 2 kids out?
