No good husband, causing me to go into foreclosure

Husband left in June, 2005 and did not help pay for the bills until Court Ordered in January, 2006. Received alimony for 9 months and then husband went on worker's comp. Alimony was taken away and that is when the mortgage fell behind. I tried to get into a workout with Bank of America in 11/06 and they would not grant one without a Quit Claim Deed. We were scheduled to go to court in February of 2007 for final hearing. I have applied for three loans with Bank of America. Denied the first time for 2nd mortgage showing as a bankruptcy, which was dismissed, it was in a workout. The second time it was denied because I did not have a "recorded" Quit Claim Deed. So I applied a third time in September, 2007, and have not heard from them as of this date. I was responsible for all of the bills: 1st mortgage, 2nd mortgage, car payment, utilities. I was in the hole $500. each month. I have two children that I had to worry about and keep utilities going. Bills were all 2-3 months behind due to him leaving. Could not get caught up. However, I am now on affordable budgets for utilities, car is paid off, and I have continued to pay the 2nd mortgage through out this time. I need advice and help quickly. Thank You!
