No Drugs and Prison did cause me to get behind on my mortgage... just a job loss
I have been out of work for several months. I refinanced the house this kept me afloat until June. I was accepted for a new job in NYC beginning Jan. 4, 2008. Thereafter I am sure I can get back on my feet. I am a hardworking woman who has always paid bills on-time and maintained good credit. Things happen in life that set people back (no DRUGS or PRISON was the reason) lost of job. If you look back from years living in an apartment you will see I always stayed on top of my bills all the way up and until June of this year. I just need help. I 've always maintained a strict budget so I know I will be able to repay whatever assistance I am giving. The HEMAP program denied me. They said I am not in a hardship since I am able to get temp work from time-to-time.
