My husband is in Iraq and I am behind on my mortgage

My husband was deployed to Iraq I was pregnant with twins my son died in the 2nd trimester while still carrying the other one. Had major surgery 5 months after delivery for removal of tumors. Was out of work for a while, went to the military to get an aer loan, was paying 2100.00 a month 755.00 was suppose to go to the remaining past due and they did not apply it to it . The army gave us over 6000.00 that we have to pay back and with the arrangement the 755.00 should have been going to the remaining past due of 3,000. I sent numerous letters prior and after the fact they have not applied any of that and have messed the loan up so bad i am confused. I have been paying 1319.00 a month for a year, we are under the solders and sailors act everyone has been extended an additional 6mo. to the original 12mo. His orders is suppose to end on nov 28, I wrote and told them I do not have any extension orders from him as of yet and it is hard hearing from him while he is there and i don't want to worry him but they are not returning any calls they don't care. my credit is poor because we are struggling with this mortgage, I sacrificed a lot of bills to pay the 2100.00 a month for that length of time to keep my home and pay this loan back. I want to know if I can get a second mortgage in the amount of the past due of 14095.68?
