December 05, 2007
I have had a lot of medical problems this year and fell behind due to those and my husbands work has been very slow but seems to have steadied.

My husband and I have been in poor health all year, homeq has raised out %rate twice this year and with our health issues this has caused an undue hardship. We currently have the house listed and have moved into an apartment complex closer to town for my husbands chemo. treatments. I recently underwent abdominal surgery to correct my problems and and not out of work for app. 2 weeks. I don't want the house foreclosed on as we have done appr. 20,000 in upgrades. Do we have a choice while we are selling the home?
